A dynamic class that links flowing movements with the breath, allowing you to challenge your body and resilience, whilst connecting with the present moment. Each month, we'll build towards a new peak posture, combining physical preparation with mental focus in a supportive and fun environment.
Perfect for those who want to challenge themselves; not designed for complete beginners, but appropriate modifications and variations will be offered throughout.
Perfect if you’re totally new to yoga, taken some time away from yoga, or want to explore the foundations of yoga. We’ll experiment with foundational postures and flows, breathing techniques, different yoga styles, and relaxation methods. Modifications and variations always offered to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and challenged at their own level.
Take a few hours just for you with this one-off, summertime half-day retreat. This event is designed to help you move, unwind, and enjoy some good food in a friendly setting. Hopefully we'll see some sunshine, too! ☀️
What’s included:
Mandala Vinyasa Yoga (1.5 hours)
We’ll begin with a more energetic mandala yoga practice to warm up the body and get you moving. This will be a mixed level practice, so don't worry if you haven't tried it before. More info on the elements we'll be exploring (i.e., Fire, Water, Earth, Air) closer to the time!
Build-Your-Own Buddha Bowls
After yoga, help yourself to a selection of fresh ingredients and put together your own Buddha Bowl for lunch. There will be plenty of options to suit different tastes, and I'll take dietary requirements in advance. There'll also be many teas to choose from!
Yin Yoga (1.5 hours)
To finish, settle in for a relaxing yin yoga session. This slower-paced practice is a chance to stretch out, release tension, and enjoy some quiet time.
Take-Home Info
I'll include some more information about your practices, sequences you can try at home, and maybe a couple of Buddha Bowl recipes!
Alllllll the props are provided (including bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps).
Everyone is welcome.
